File your claim in the Hippo Home App or Hippo Portal. Our claims team will step in to help guide you through what comes next.

Assessment and inspection
We'll assign an adjuster to review your claim. Depending on the situation, we may schedule a virtual or in-person inspection to gather the details needed to move forward.

Review and approval
Your adjuster will walk you through your coverage and review all available information. If your claim is approved, we’ll quickly notify you and outline next steps.

Payment
If your claim is approved, we'll promptly process your payment—so you can focus on repairs, recovery, and moving forward.
